Officer in Charge – INTERNAL

Please note this post is only open to employees of Bristol City Council.

You will have a minimum of 3 years management experience within a residential care setting for older people. You will need to have a management qualification equivalent to NVQ4 in care and the Registered Managers Award or, as a condition of your employment will be required to complete these. You must be fully conversant with the standards required by the Care Quality Commission concerning the management of a registered care home, and will be required to undertake and pass a fit persons interview as a condition of your employment.

Hayleigh provides care for 40 older people with varying degrees of physical and mental frailty.
